Bosconians once again pay homage to our Blessed Mother and culminate this year’s Rosary Month through Rosary Rally 2018. This year’s rosary rally is a salute to Filipino tradition as it featured a Dawn Rosary; a religious tradition that has been passed down by our ancestors since the Spanish Colonial Period.
The event started at 4AM with Bosconians assembled together at the quadrangle. Then, followed the procession to the new gym led by our Knights of the Altar through a pathway illuminated by small candles. Then, upon settling in the New Gym, the Praying of the Rosary started.
The Praying of the Rosary was led by our Salesian Youth Movement, Auxilium Sodality and students from the Senior High Students. Each mystery of the rosary is portrayed through a role-play by our own Senior High School Students.
After the Praying of the Rosary, an Institutional Mass then forllowed. The mass was presided by our BED Pastoral Animator, Rev. Fr. Vince Michael Sabal, SDB.
The whole institution was dismissed at 10AM that morning. Later that day, Bosconians then proceeded to SM Seaside for the Block Screening of the movie “Bohemian Rhapsody” for our High School Students and “The Nutcracker” for our Elementary students.
